RST Consultancy appointed to deliver luxury Student Scheme for 2020
RST Consultancy have been appointed as clients agent to deliver a luxury student scheme in Leicester.
Chetwyn House located on De Monfort street formally used as office space is currently undertaking refurbishment works to feature 23 open plan studios across 4 floors.
As a team we look forward to delivering this scheme and bringing this building back to life, The scheme is located walking distance from the University of Leicester & is due for completion in 2020 ready for the next academic year.
