New lettings at CEG’s Stakehill

COMMERCIAL Estates Group has secured two new tenants at Stakehill Industrial Park in Middleton, achieving a headline rents of £4.25 per sq ft.  

Aspray Transport, already a tenant at the park, is to move into a new 25,011 sq ft unit, while UK Mail, which has depots in Leeds and Trafford Park, has expanded by taking 36,865 sq ft.  

Both tenants agreed 10-year leases.

Commercial Estates bought Stakehill from Aviva for an undisclosed sum last year. It has 2.5 million sq ft on 200 acres. Joint letting agents are WHR and Savills.
