Vinden Partnership confirms London opening

CONSTRUCTION and property consultancy The Vinden Partnership has confirmed plans to open its London office in the New Year.

The Bolton-based company has said that it will move into new offices in the heart of the city’s financial district at New Broad Street House, 25 New Broad Street.

Managing director Peter Vinden said: “We have always been active in the South of England and London, but we have seen a marked increase in opportunities in the last 12 months.

“As a result, we have invested significantly in taking space in one of London’s landmark buildings and we are now actively looking to appoint new staff.

The company has a turnover of around £3m and currently employs 50 staff across its existing offices in Bolton and Nottingham.

“Despite the challenges of the past two years, our business has continued to outperform the market. By introducing new service lines and ‘thinking outside of the box’, we have been able to meet our clients’ needs, attract new business and grow TVP all at the same time.

The London office will open on January 5 next year.
