Wirral’s Riverside Park signs new tenant

The Merseyside & Cheshire Cancer Network has taken take space at the Riverside Park development at Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough.

The organisation, which links people with other organisations that provide care for people with cancer across the area, has taken 4,300 sq ft for its new offices.

Pat Higgins, Cancer Network director, said: “The office is easy to access and the abundance of natural light together with the quality environment enables us to function in an excellent setting.”

When complete, Riverside Park will provide 250,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.

Other tenants on Riverside Park include Lees Lloyd Whitley, Adviser Plus Business Solutions and Wirral Primary Care Trust’s Condition Management Programme.
