DTZ instructed on Wythenshawe units

DTZ has been instructed by Barclays Bank to let two industrial warehouse units totalling more than 100,000 sq ft of space on the busy Roundthorn Industrial Estate at Wythenshawe in south Manchester.

The units are 64,160 sq ft and 37,418 sq ft respectively and are both within a secure, gated compound on Dallimore Road.

The instruction follows on from a recent mandate given to DTZ by Barclays to handle transaction services for its Global Retail and Commercial Bank divisions.

Alex Smylie, senior surveyor in DTZ’s industrial team in Manchester, said: “We are delighted to have strengthened our relationship with such a prestigious client and we are banking on announcing an early successful letting at Roundthorn Industrial Estate shortly.”
