Stockport commercial property heavyweights in merger
Stockport property experts Buckley Commercial and Fairhurst Estates are to merge and become Fairhurst Buckley – the largest, independent surveying and agency practice in town.
Both businesses have had a strong foothold in Stockport with Buckley Commercial being in the town centre since 1995 and Fairhurst since 2002.
Nigel Blyth will take the role of managing director and David Buckley as director.
Nigel wants to ensure both parts of the merged business continue to offer exceptional service and draw upon the combined experience and expertise.

As part of the merger the new business has launched with new branding under the Fairhurst Buckley banner and will be located at Acorn Business Park in the centre of Stockport.
Stockport is seeing a considerable groundswell of activity catching the eye of both investors and new businesses who are showing an increased interest in the town’s commercial property sector.
The launch of the Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation – MDC, redevelopment projects within the town centre, repurposing of retail units and improved infrastructure in the area created the ideal opportunity for the two businesses to merge.
