Recruitment expert takes 4,000 sq ft at M60 Office Park
Engineering recruitment specialist, Redstone Associates, has taken part of the second floor of Elm Court, at the M60 Office Park.
Prime Property Consultancy processed the letting for a suite of 4,000 sq ft in the last available building on the park.
Redstone is a market leader in the supply of specialist resources to the rail industry.
Elm Court comprises 23,500 sq ft over ground and two upper floors. The building has been recently completed by Prime to a Grade A standard. Externally, Elm Court enjoys extensive parking and EV charging points.
M60 Office Park is set in a campus-style environment with an amenity hub as its central focal point. The hub includes an on-site café operated by the Liverpool-based award-winning Bean Coffee, a state-of-the-art gym, showers, changing rooms, secure cycle storage and high speed internet.
Matthew Brooks, commercial director at Redstone, said: ‘We considered various alternatives for our requirement. M60 Office Park was the standout in terms of location, the quality of space, motorway access, on-site amenity and on-site parking.”
Imran Younus, commercial director of Prime, said: “The investment we have made into the park is paying dividends as occupiers really appreciate the on-site amenity we have created.”
Rob Yates, partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “The number of occupiers secured at M60 Office Park since the refurbishment of the office buildings and creation of park amenity, is testament to the quality of the offer created by Prime.
“We are in discussions with a number of occupiers for the remaining space. We are seeing robust demand from companies seeking quality workspace in a pleasant environment at a competitive rental. M60 Office Park ticks all the boxes.”
The last remaining suites available at M60 Office Park, close to Swinton, range from 3,500 sq ft through to floorplates of 7,500 sq ft.
Cushman & Wakefield and JLL are leasing agents. Ray Smith of Kuits Solicitors acted for the landlord on the lease.
