Recruitment expert takes 4,000 sq ft at M60 Office Park
Engineering recruitment specialist, Redstone Associates, has taken part of the second floor of Elm Court, at the M60 Office Park.
Prime Property Consultancy processed the letting for a suite of 4,000 sq ft in the last available building on the park.
Redstone is a market leader in the supply of specialist resources to the rail industry.
Elm Court comprises 23,500 sq ft over ground and two upper floors. The building has been recently completed by Prime to a Grade A standard. Externally, Elm Court enjoys extensive parking and EV charging points.
M60 Office Park is set in a campus-style environment with an amenity hub as its central focal point. The hub includes an on-site café operated by the Liverpool-based award-winning Bean Coffee, a state-of-the-art gym, showers, changing rooms, secure cycle storage and high speed internet.
