Three key retail lettings for the North West

Three North West retail centres are celebrating key lettings today (July 24).
Property group Grosvenor has announced that German premium fashion brand, BOSS, has officially launched its new-look space on its Liverpool One retail centre in Paradise Street, following its relocation and significant upsize announcement last year.
Manchester Arndale has revealed that the UK’s largest Asian supermarket chain, Oseyo, has selected the centre for its latest location in the city after signing a 15-year lease for a 12,580 sq ft unit.
And Superdrug has opened its doors to a brand new 8,095 s ft store in Manchester’s Trafford Centre, creating 20 permanent and temporary jobs.
The BOSS relocation in Liverpool, one of its best performing locations, signals a 130% upsize in the total trading area.
Designed by the brand’s in-house team, the new Liverpool One store delivers on the brand’s commitment to quality, design and adaptability, showcasing BOSS’s renowned menswear and womenswear collections, alongside seasonal capsule collections, and offers customers a bespoke made-to-measure service, personal styling appointments and click and collect facilities.
BOSS’s new space joins a selection of premium labels and leading international brands on Paradise Street, including Charlotte Tilbury and GOLDSMITHS.

Manchester Arndale is the second opening in Manchester for Oseyo, which already has a shop on Oxord Road.
It will offer a wide variety of groceries and products, from snacks and sauces to fresh produce and authentic ingredients. ‘Oseyo’, which means ‘Welcome’ in Korean, is the message at the very core of the brand, catering to both the Korean community and those eager to explore new culinary experiences.

The arrival of Oseyo continues a strong run of lettings to major global brands including Moss, Gilly Hicks, Nike, Manchester City, Clarks, Flying Tiger, MINISO, Tommy Hilfiger, Kick Game and Kurt Geiger. The store will also prove a welcome addition to the centre’s thriving food and beverage offer, which includes recent arrivals Black Sheep Coffee, Krispy Kreme, and Slim Chickens.

TV personality and influencer, Charlotte Dawson, made a special appearance to officially open the doors and celebrate Superdrug’s opening in the Trafford Centre.

The new store will feature a Beauty Studio area, where customers can access professional treatments, as well as an extensive fragrance counter. Within Beauty Studio, customers will have access to two nail bars, as well as eyebrow threading and piercing services.
