Online fashion retailer signs 10-year lease at Heywood distribution park

Manchester-based online fashion retailer, N Brown, has taken a 10-year lease at Link95, in Hareshill Distribution Park, Heywood.

In a deal agreed by commercial real estate firm, Colliers, N Brown is taking a unit previously occupied by McCormick’s, signing up for a new lease with landlord Colliers Global Investors.

Link95 is a distribution hub located close to the major motorway networks north of Manchester, with easy access to the whole of the North West region as well as the Trans Pennine motorway network.

Ken Mellis, Head of Workplace, Facilities and Engineering at N Brown, said: “Our aim is to ensure that N Brown customers are provided an outstanding customer service proposition through our supply chain operations.

“Link95 meets our needs for the handling of our homeware product and, with unrivalled access to the motorway network in the north, as well as easy access to our head office in Manchester city centre and our main distribution site in Shaw.”

Savills acted on behalf of N Brown and CBRE was the joint letting agent for Link95 with Colliers.
