Eastlands moves into new premises

EASTLANDS Homes, which manages 5,000 former Manchester council houses, has moved into its new offices in the city.
Last year it acquired Quattro House at Quorum Investments’ Quattro Park, a 20,000 sq ft scheme built by Pochin Construction.
It includes 10,000 sq ft of office space as well as a maintenance and storage depot.
The second phase of the 3.7-acre Quattro Park, off Pottery Lane in Longsight, is now on the market with units available on a design and build basis from 15,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft.
Sheila Doran, Eastland’s chief executive, said: “Quattro House is located in the centre of Eastlands’ area of operations, which covers the whole of East Manchester – from the Tameside border in the east across to Wilmslow Road in the west.
“The new development will provide us with easier access to the customers that we serve and, in turn, enable us to meet our objective of continuous improvement in the quality and responsiveness of Eastlands’ housing and property services.”
