HOUSEBUILDER Redrow has promoted Victoria Murray to head of land and planning for the North West and North Wales.

Murray will be based at Redrow’s head office in Ewloe, Flintshire and has been promoted from senior planning manager at Redrow Homes (NW). She will now have overall responsibility for project managing new sites from acquisition to planning approval.

She said: “My main aim is to help the business to grow by acquiring land in prime locations across the division, which encompasses Cheshire, Wirral, South Manchester and North East Wales.

“We want to continue to increase Redrow’s presence in the market so land buying and planning has a key role to play.

CREWE-based Bentley Motors has appointed Stefan Büscher as director of product and marketing.

Reporting directly to Alasdair Stewart, board member for sales and marketing, he is responsible for all marketing and product activities, including brand strategy and development, digital marketing and CRM, live marketing, event management and the Bentley Collection.

The award-winning German marketer, said:bentley “Bentley is a fantastic brand so it was incredibly flattering to be asked to join what is already a very successful team.  I have been amazed by the passion and commitment of everyone involved with the Bentley marque.

LAW firm Pannone has appointed Lisa Conmy to head its Entrepreneurial Service team.

Lisa joins from planning and design consultancy, Turley Associates, where she led the marketing and business development team and was a member of the management board.

A qualified solicitor, Lisa began her career at Cobbetts and then became a senior Crown prosecutor.

Business development director Tim Dixon-Phillip added: “Lisa brings a wealth of business development experience to the firm as well as a legal pedigree which equips her well for this role.”

DRIVERS Jonas Deloitte has appointed two new members to its retail investment team in Manchester.

Patrick Heaps will join as head of retail agency focussing on the out-of-town retail market and international tenant representation. He joins from DTZ.

Chris Mulcock joins from Gerald Eve and will work alongside Heaps on out-of-town, as well as servicing requirements for institutional and property companies, as well as those of the Deloitte business.

Head of retail investment Simon Williams said: “Drivers Jonas Deloitte is delighted to confirm the appointments of Patrick Heaps and Chris Mulcock, which will significantly increase the transactional focus of the existing team.

“They will be integral to building the retail transaction business to capitalise upon the platform that Deloitte offers in the retail market, as well as the work that we have traditionally undertaken in town planning , consultancy and town centre and regeneration.”

DUNLOP Heywood has appointed Steve Brittle as a new associate director in its Manchester team.

He has joined the King St office after more than six years with BNP Paribas Real Estate, which is closing its Manchester office.

Mr Brittle was associate director and head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s agency & development department in Manchester, and was involved in the disposal and acquisition of both industrial and office accommodation.

Prior to that, he spent four years at Fuller Peiser and trained with Weatherall Green at its Leeds office.

Dunlop Heywood managing director Stuart Hicks said: “Steve’s experience across the North West is a valuable addition to Dunlop Heywood and he will help to support Alistair’s national expansion strategy going forward.”

MANCHESTER-based shopping centre events company Maynineteen has appointed Nadia Widdall as account manager.

She joins from national agency TRO where she worked for clients such as Glaxo Smithkline, Nike and Shell. Prior to that, she worked for

Manchester-based shopping centre events company Shoppertainment.

Maynineteen director Katie Coombes said: “Nadia is perfect for Maynineteen because as well as her experiential events experience, she also has an interest and understanding of retail and fashion. In that sense, she has the perfect mix of skills for us.”
