Investec event to explore global opportunities

BUSINESS leaders and high-net worth individuals from the region will receive insights on the investment and private equity markets at a high profile event organised by Investec Wealth & Investment.
The breakfast event, ‘Global Investment – An Opportunity for You and Your Business’ takes place in Liverpool on September 25, and is sure to provide a fascinating insight into the drivers behind global growth and business.
Opportunities for individuals, and business leaders in uncertain economic times will be also discussed, along with the future direction of the private equity sector.
Investec Wealth & Investment in Liverpool has secured some excellent speakers for the breakfast seminar.
Chris Hills, chief investment officer of Investec Wealth & Investment, will examine the outlook for consumer demand and inflation in the UK, comment on the uncertainties in Europe and discuss the outlook for the banking system, interest rates and lending.
Colleague Chris Aitken, head of financial planning at Investec Wealth & Investment will address the challenges of planning for the future, while David Symondson, deputy managing partner at London-based Electra Partners, a leading private equity firm, will talk about the dynamics in his sector.
The free seminar will take place at The Crowne Plaza, St. Nicholas Place, Princes Dock, Pier Head Liverpool on September 25, starting at 7.30am. The event will run until 8.45am with the opportunity to network afterwards.
