Lettings: Mastercard in at Booths Park; 80 Mosley St fully let

MASTERCARD has taken a 10-year lease on 6,000 sq ft at Bruntwood’s Booths Park in Knutsford.

The letting brings the total number of companies at Booths Park to 65, employing more than 1,200 people in 200,000 sq ft of space across eight buildings.

Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed by Mastercard to secure the premises.

Agent Richard Wharton said: “From our initial discussions with Mastercard it was clear that providing employees with pleasant surroundings and encouraging a healthy work-life balance was important to the company and a central part of the brief.

THE 35,000 sq ft Manchester office block 80 Mosley Street is now fully let following the signing of G2 Legal.

The firm, a legal recruiter, is taking 2,200 sq ft on the fifth floor of the building. It has agreed to a three year lease at £17.50 per sq ft.

Emma Powell of Manchester-based OBI, who advised landlords Bilsdale Properties on the deal, said: “We are delighted to have agreed a new deal so quickly after part of the fifth floor came back to us.  

“G2 Legal were impressed with the quality of the natural light and views on offer and the building is now again fully let.”
