Richmond launch to create 40 jobs
THE old Merseyrail building on Hatton Garden in Liverpool is to open as an aparthotel this month.
The Richmond will have 51 apartments and is seeking to combine serviced apartments with four-star hotel services.
The launch has created 40 jobs.
It has been developed by Nigel Russell’s Liverpool-based Middle England Developments and will be operated by a connected company, Richmond Luxury Living.
Steven Hesketh, group director of Richmond Luxury Living, said: “With guest services second to none, we feel the development will further enhance Liverpool’s attraction to business and leisure guests and we look forward to opening in April.
