CPUK signed up to build another care home

CONSTRUCTION Partnership UK has been hired to build a £2.6m nursing home for Springhill Care in Accrington.
The 46-bedroom new care centre will be a special facility for people with dementia. It is due for completion late next year.
Managing director Steve Burke said: “This new contract in Accrington is one of a growing number that we have secured in the healthcare sector and follows our work building a pioneering centre for excellence for dementia care in Southport.
“Once again we are involved in the creation of a flagship health development in the North West, which is very satisfying for our team.”
Skelmersdale-based CPUK said it has secured contracts worth some £8m this year and is in discussion with several other healthcare specialists in the region about large-scale projects.
It recently started work on phase two of a £3.5m care home in Southport for Altrincham-based care provider Melton Health Care.
