A Bristol based insurance firm has expanded with the acquisition of a fellow broker.

The Hayes Parsons Group has announced the acquisition of fellow Bristol based insurance broker Ntegrity Insurance Solutions.

Ntegrity was launched in 2007 and is a specialist professional indemnity insurance broker.

This move strengthens Hayes Parsons’ position as an independent provider of specialist insurance and risk management services.

It also brings the group’s gross written premium to more than £27m.

Hayes Parsons managing director  James Woollam, said: “After an amazing 2022 with record breaking growth, I am delighted to start the year by welcoming such a high calibre team to the group.

“They will bring with them new expertise which will help us hit our objectives of being considered the broker of choice for clients within our specialist areas and being the most significant independent broker in the South West.”

Ntegrity will continue to be led by managing director Gary Horswell and the team will work alongside the insurance broking arm of Hayes Parsons, Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers.

Horswell said: “I have known James and his team for a number of years, and so when we started considering our future, this partnership made complete sense.

“I am excited that in combining our businesses we will be able to offer our clients access to an even wider group of services. I wanted to find a company I could trust to work with the Ntegrity team and help them continue the great work they do, and in Hayes Parsons I believe we have found the perfect partner.”
