Multimillion-pound offices for housebuilder is completed
A Midlands developer has completed a multimillion-pound regional office for a national housebuilder in Tewkesbury.
Deeley Construction, which is headquartered in Coventry, has completed the construction of an 18,000 sq ft facility for housing group Bloor Homes.
The two-storey building has been named Rudgeway House and will house more than 40 staff, with additional space for sales and site-based staff to work from the office.
It will also act as a regional training hub for Bloor Homes, with a range of meeting rooms available to meet the business’s training requirements. This includes a training room with a capacity of between 70 and 80 people.
Rudgeway House also provides a social hub for staff at Bloor Homes. It will facilitate the growth of the company’s workforce and is set to create further job opportunities in the Tewkesbury Borough.
Bloor Homes Western’s staff have now moved in after 14 years operating from its former Furrowfield Park premises.
