Design firm ranked as one of most desirable places to work in UK
Bath office design company Interaction has been ranked among the top 50 most inspiring workplaces in the UK and Ireland.
The nation’s leading workplace winners were announced at an gala dinner at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London organised by Inspiring Workplaces Group.
Interaction has been ranked 37th in the league table of the most inspiring places to work which also includes Aldi, Autoglass H&M, Hovis, SurveyMonkey and Total Fitness.
The Inspiring Workplaces Awards recognise and celebrate organisations that have created exceptional workplaces which put people first. Being named as a top workplace is a significant achievement for any organisation, say the organisers.
It not only acknowledges the company’s commitment to creating a positive and inspiring culture people believe in, but it also helps attract and retain top talent, boost morale, and enhance an organisation’s reputation.
Unlike other awards which rely on completing a survey, entrants to the Inspiring Workplace Awards were asked to provide proof of their investment in people in key areas including culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and employee experience. The winners were decided by an independent expert judging panel.
Interaction’s managing director, Dieter Wood, said: “We’re extremely proud to have been recognised as one of the UK’s most inspiring workplaces for putting our people first.
“We’re committed to having the best workplace culture you’ll find. A culture founded on our shared values of creativity, commitment and collaboration.”
