JLL is continuing to invest in its people in the South West following its latest round of promotions.
The real estate services firm has made eight promotions covering its Development & Regeneration, Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets, and Residential teams.
David Roberts will now be head of development in the South West, having previously been a director of development and planning.

Meanwhile Adelle Moore has been promoted to director in the residential valuations team in Exeter.
Both Adam Price and Kate Openshaw have been promoted to associates while Isabella Lysaght and Oliver Bird are now senior surveyors for Development & Regeneration and Industrial & Logistics respectively.
Sophie Warrender has also been promoted for her work in supporting the Capital Markets team and Jacquie Warren has been promoted to senior team co-ordinator and operations executive in Exeter.
The promotions mark the latest investment that JLL has put into its offering in the South West and Wales. Last month the business made two key appointments in the region, welcoming Henry Blunden and Helen James to strengthen its Cost Management and Project Management teams as well as growing the residential valuation team with Adam Sheward joining in the last week.
Tim Harris, head of the South West and Wales at JLL, said: “These promotions are a reflection of the brilliant work ethic and commitment shown by the team, and also the quality work that they have helped us to deliver for our clients. They also demonstrate our commitment to ensuring that we continue to invest in providing a high-quality service for clients in the South West.
“It’s a pleasure to see so many of our employees’ talent recognised in this round of promotions. It is a perfect embodiment of the positive working environment that we aim to create, where people are encouraged to develop their careers and thrive.”
