OVO to move headquarters to new Bristol site
OVO has agreed a deal to relocate its UK headquarters to Crescent in Bristol.
The energy company is taking 22,894 sq ft of space, which includes the entire fifth floor and a fourth-floor suite. It is currently based at Temple Quay in the city centre.
OVO said it was attracted by the wide range of facilities on offer and the building’s sustainability credentials – investment and development company CEG is targeting BREEAM Excellent, EPC A and Net Zero Carbon in operation as part of its recent refurbishment of Crescent. The building includes energy-efficient systems, a bike friendly design, and employees will have a flexible and sustainable approach to working on-site.

Savills negotiated the deal on behalf of CEG and CSquared acted for OVO.
