Housebuilder appointed to new build framework
Dorset-headquartered housebuilder AJC Group has joined the New Build PROSPER Framework.
Run by a North-East based strategic business consultancy, PROSPER comprises specialists operating within the public sector.
PROSPER offers core services for landlords, schools, and local authorities, including business transformation delivery, new build development consultancy, and procurement solutions. The New Build Framework was launched earlier this year and AJC Group will be a part of the supply chain for upcoming contracts for new homes in the South of England.

To qualify for inclusion in the framework, companies are assessed on six objectives, including contact management and overview of the team, quality management, customer care and communications, management and sub-contractors, supply chain management, and training and development.
In the six years since AJC Group was established, the rapidly growing housebuilder has tripled its turnover, profit, and team.
The founding trio of directors has grown to a multi-disciplined team of over 35 professionals, with a national accreditation from Investors In People being awarded to the team in 2022.
AJC Group is on track to deliver over 200 mixed-tenure homes during 2023, reflecting a total construction value in excess of £100m. The firm has become one of the most active residential development specialists across the Wessex region.
