Ford dealer group signs for 5.5 acres at business park

St. Modwen has signed TrustFord to a further 5.5 acres of hard-standing space at its Meon Vale Business Park in Warwickshire.
The world’s largest dedicated Ford dealer group has signed a seven-year lease and becomes the largest occupier at the site.
The developer’s latest deal means St. Modwen has now let over 500,000 sq ft of of flexible warehouse accommodation to a range of businesses across multiple sectors at Meon Vale in 2019.
Several industry leading businesses now occupy the site, including Unipart Logistics, Desire Tech Limited and Berkeley International Services.
Meon Vale Business Park comprises of 900,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space and offers convenient access to the Midlands motorway network via J15 of the M40. Two industrial units of 25,000 sq ft and 43,000 sq ft remain immediately available for occupation at the site.

The location is perfectly situated as our national hub for vehicle preparation and delivery.”

St. Modwen has seen a lot of success at this site this year with several new businesses joining the scheme. The deal reaffirms our industrial and logistics strategy, illustrating clear market demand.”
David Penn of Bromwich Hardy and Chris Keye of Darby Keye, joint agents for the site, added: “A large amount of space has been let at Meon Vale in the last few months and reflects the continued demand for flexible logistics space within the region. We look forward to leasing the remaining two units at the site and are confident of attracting leading occupiers, given the scheme’s highly sought after location.”
