Two more in at Minworth Trade Park

MINWORTH Trade Park has signed up two more tenants with a fresh flower distributor and a decorators’ merchant both taking new units.

Onno Flowers, which will shortly be changing its name to Flowervision Birmingham has taken 7,874 sq ft whilst Brewers Paints has moved into a 5,419 sq ft unit.

These two lettings follow hot on the heels of deals to RadshapeRC and Farr UK.

Now only five units on the 250,000 sq ft development remain available.

Onno Martens of Onno Flowers said: “This unit now means that we will have an even bigger selection of fresh flowers, plants and sundries for our customers to choose from on location.

“With Minworth being in the centre of the UK it is ideal for our needs and we are looking forward to expanding our business.”

Alex Luker of CBRE Global Investors, which owns the park, said: “The diverse mix of tenants is not only ideal from an investment point of view but also helps to bring a unique range of customers to the park.

“We are absolutely delighted with the considerable success that we have had at Minworth and this recent run of lettings bodes well for the disposal of the final units.”

Alfred Bartlett, of Bartlett Property, which is joint agent on the park, added: “These latest occupiers show the high regard that Minworth Trade Park has, not only for the quality of the units but also its diverse range of occupiers and strategic location which have been major factors in occupiers deciding to take space here.”

Harris Lamb, Colliers International and Bartlett Property acted on behalf of CBRE Global Investors. Collins and Jarvis acted on behalf of Brewers Paints whilst Onno Flowers represented itself.
