Suzie branches out to form new agency

MARKETING agency boss Suzie Branch has left BHMG – the firm she founded with former newspaperman Andrew Haddow – to launch a new venture.
She has formed Branch Martin Spicer Marketing Limited with former BHMG colleagues David Martin and Richard Spicer, basing the new firm in Colmore Plaza in Birmingham.
Mr Haddow, a former circulation director for The Birmingham Post & Mail, said BHMG would now trade under the name BHMG Tourism, concentrating on data solutions for the leisure and travel industry. It runs the Heart of England tourism web portal, and recently agreed a data exchange deal with TripAdvisor, the online travel review site. BMS has bought out BHMG’s marketing services division and transferred its clients to the new firm. These include Colmore Business Improvement District and several professional services firms and leisure sector clients. Education clients include Harper Adams University College in Shropshire.
Mr Haddow and Ms Branch led a management buyout of Heart Media to form BHMG in 2005.
Mr Martin will be BMS’s client services director, and Mr Spicer becomes creative director, with Ms Branch – a former Birmingham Young Professional of the Year – as MD.

Ms Branch said: “BMS Marketing will offer an integrated marketing solutions package with specialist services in consultancy, digital solutions, graphic design, branding, PR and social media.
“Richard, David and I have worked closely together for many years and share the same drive and vision – to provide high quality creative solutions which are responsive to our client’s needs. The new business will allow us to work even more closely with our clients to ensure that we are providing them with the very best advice and service levels.”
