Retail park units placed on the market by owners

Several units at a retail park in Shropshire have been placed on the market their owner, Morris Properties.

Arrow Point Retail Park in Shrewsbury is home to a number of occupiers including Tile Choice, Poundstretcher and Charlies.

Agent Harris Lamb has been instructed by Morris Properties to let four units of varying size, all of which have already been awarded planning consent for bulky goods retail, making them ideal for DIY stores, kitchen and bathroom showrooms, office supplies retailers or home and pets specialist stores.

David Walton, head of retail for Harris Lamb, said: “These opportunities suit a wide range of potential occupiers, providing them with the chance to secure a presence at an established, modern, out-of-town retail park.”

He said the units would be available subject to vacant possession with a choice of sizes available, ranging from 4,563 sq ft to 26,113 sq ft. The retail park has 176 car parking spaces and footfall at the park is said to benefit from established neighbouring stores such as B&M Stores, Matalan and Iceland.

“The retail team is now in talks with a number of potential tenants. In addition to the bulky goods retail consent already in place, this also offers a number of asset management opportunities for interested parties,” added Mr Walton.
