Fitness centre brought to market with £1.7m guide price

A fitness centre in Solihull has been placed on the market with an asking price of £1.7m.

The gym, which is let to Fitness First, is situated in Ulleries Road. It was built in 2001 and provides 13,181 sq ft (1,224 sq m) of ground floor space.

Fitness First has added a mezzanine level providing a further 8,292 sq ft (770 sq m).

The building is fully let to Fitness First on an 8.5-year unexpired ease, generating an annual income of £123,500 per annum.
Real estate advisor Savills is brokering the sale on behalf of a private client.
