ALB Group’s redevelopment of Falcon House in Dudley
The Falcon House scheme has been led by developer Arran Bailey’s ALB Group and is due to be completed in June.
“This latest development will provide much needed housing for people in Dudley,” said Bailey. “The new apartments look great and will appeal to young professionals in the town who may have been struggling to get on the property ladder.”
The regeneration project has seen the building transformed into 65 one-bedroom and 76 two-bedroom apartments. The new tram line will create a 20-minute commute into central Birmingham by public transport.
