Nightclub with planning for redevelopment hits the market

A Victorian Gothic manor house in the Great Malvern Conservation Area, currently used as a late-night venue and bar, is up for sale.

Priors Croft, which sits opposite Malvern Theatre, Priory Park and Malvern Priory on Grange Road, extends to 0.38 acres and currently has planning permission for part demolition of ancillary buildings, conversion of the existing manor house into three townhouses and erection of a new dwelling.

Rachel Hull, associate director in the development team at Savills Birmingham, said: “We are pleased to bring Priors Croft, which sits within a prime position in the centre of Great Malvern, to the market.
“Suitable for a number of uses, the site offers views to the Malvern Hills and Malvern Priory making it perfect for conversion to residential, but it also has off road parking, lending itself to a mixed use development made up of retail and residential. It will continue to operate as a late-night venue and bar until sold.”
