Housebuilder snaps up development site

A 10.98 acre residential site in Warwickshire has been acquired by Midlands housebuilder Cameron Homes.
The site is located two miles south west of Stratford-upon-Avon, on the outskirts of the village of Luddington and was sold by Homes England, advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
It has planning permission for 20 units and Cameron Homes is planning to build 14 private homes and seven affordable homes.
The site was previously a DEFRA facility.
