Office space is being let at a historic Bromsgrove building was built in 1701 and became a parish workhouse in 1723 before being converted into commercial space.

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has been appointed to let a self-contained ground floor office suite at Bartleet House.

The refurbished three storey office building is close to full occupancy, with the remaining suite being the only space available. The ground floor accommodation comprises private offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and reception area and measures 1695 sq ft. It also has 7 allocated parking spaces.
