Keepmoat relaunches West Mids office from Tamworth

Charlotte Goode, Keepmoat Homes' managing director for West Midlands

Keepmoat Homes has moved its relaunched West Midlands region to a new office in Tamworth.

Following the announcement last month that the developer had appointed Charlotte Goode as its new regional managing director to relaunch and lead its West Midlands region, the business has taken almost 6,000 sq ft of premium office space at Calico Business Park.

Goode said: “I’m delighted that our team which has been split between our old Coleshill office and our Nottingham office are now able to come together in Tamworth.

“The new office provides a perfect strategic location from which we can operate our West Midlands region and deliver the new homes our customers want in places they would like to live.”

The Tamworth office will oversee all of Keepmoat Homes operations in the West Midlands including sites in Coventry, Dudley and Telford. The office is also responsible for delivering the final phase of Walsall’s largest regeneration scheme in Goscote, where the house builder is delivering 407 new two three and four-bedroom homes.

Sam Cooke, associate in the office agency team at international real estate advisor Savills which represented Calico Business Park’s owners Cathedral Property said: “We’re really pleased to have secured this deal at this Calico Business Park, which sees Keepmoat Homes take both floors at this quality Grade A office building.”

“This letting leaves a real shortage of high quality office space in Tamworth until we bring through 100 Relay Point on Relay Park later this summer which will see around 12,500 sq ft of refurbished Grade A office accommodation over two floors.”
