Hour-long delays on M6 after HGV breaks down

There are severe delays on the M6 northbound between Junction 13 (Stafford) and Junction 15 (Stoke-on-Trent) due to a broken down HGV in the roadworks between Junction 14 and Junction 15.

There is a large diesel spill which has closed a lane in both directions.

Highways England is reporting hour-long delays.
