City centre serviced office development launches
MCR Property Group has launched a serviced office development in Birmingham city centre.
Lonsdale House, a 1960s commercial block, is located at 52 Blucher Street and comprises 25,000 sq. ft. of office space over five floors.
Accommodation available ranges from 95 sq. ft. to 2,700 sq. ft. in various layouts.
MCR Property Group is carrying out extensive internal refurbishments throughout the building.
On-site facilities include a manned reception and waiting area, with 24-hour secure access, administration services, flexible meeting room use, kitchens, mail handling and office cleaning.
The site is situated within 350 yards of Birmingham New Street station and adjacent to Mailbox Birmingham.
