Property firm makes further acquisitions at St Modwen scheme

Sandyford Properties has completed on the acquisition of a number of freehold units as well as the freehold reversion of the entire Trentham Trade Park and Trentham Business Quarter in Stoke-on-Trent from St Modwen.

The Trade Park/Business Quarter development comprises 49 office and industrial units constructed between 2008 and 2019 and is home to a number of well-known occupiers such as Screwfix, Howdens and Autoglass.

It consists of largely smaller units and is an appealing destination for both established local businesses and for national businesses looking for a presence in the area.”

Sandyford Properties lease commercial properties across Stoke-on-Trent and offer a property maintenance service from its base in Hanley.
