National bathroom retailer signs up to refurbished city office building

Online bathroom retailer Victorian Plumbing has snapped up office space in the centre of Birmingham.

Dunmoore, the UK real estate investment and development company, has completed a letting at Bennetts Hill House, a newly refurbished office building.

Victorian Plumbing, based in Merseyside, is moving into the 20,000 sq ft, five-storey building, which is aimed at design and creative companies.

Victorian Plumbing joins Utrack Software Solutions, which operates in the passenger transport sector, and DB Engineering & Consulting, one of the worldʼs leading engineering and consulting firms, as new tenants.

Bennetts Hill House on Bennetts Hill was acquired by Dunmoore in 2018.

Having been successful in letting the upper office floors of the building, Dunmoore will now redevelop the lower floors to create two larger floorplates of 3,000 sq ft each.
