Estate management company appointed to Grade II listed church conversion

Property estate management firm MetroPM has been appointed to look after 12 apartments in a Grade II listed former church in Birmingham.

St James Church in Edgbaston is a converted Gothic building located in one of Birmingham’s most sought-after suburbs and a short distance from the city centre.

St James Church was built in the mid-1800s. It was converted in 2004 in to 12 apartments.

Matthew Arnold, managing director of MetroPM, said: “St James Church Management Company Ltd appointed MetroPM as they wished for their appointed agent to be experienced in dealing with Grade II listed buildings and understand the need for proactive management, providing a high level of customer service to the leaseholders.
