Estate agent finds new home

A West Midlands estate agent is expanding its operations after agreeing a deal on a retail unit in Lichfield.

Webb’s Estate Agents, which has offices in Cannock, Bloxwich and Hinckley, has taken a three-year lease on unit A4, City Point, off Swan Road in Lichfield city centre.

The property provides the business with a self-contained ground floor retail unit which extends to approximately 743 sq ft.
