Roofing company moves to larger premises

NSM has let a 3,029 sq ft unit at Newfield Industrial Estate in Stoke-on-Trent to Alsager Roofing.

Helping to accommodate the expansion of the business, Alsager Roofing has taken a five-year lease on the warehouse and office premises.

John Glover, director at Alsager Roofing, said: “We had outgrown our existing premises and the location of Newfield Industrial Estate is ideal to serve our customers across the region and meet the needs of our expanding business.”

Owned by Network Space Investments, Newfield Industrial Estate provides 125,000 sq ft of business space across nine acres and is home to 20 businesses, including global corporate Air Liquid.
The site is managed by NSM which secured the recent lettings.
