UK’s longest-standing property awards to make Midlands debut

The PROPS Awards, the UK’s longest-standing property awards, are to debut in the Midlands next year and nominations are now open.

The awards, co-sponsored by TheBusinessDesk.com, recognise individuals and companies in the property industry who have excelled and encompass a range of categories, including Industrial Deal of the Year, Residential Project of the Year and Rising Star Award.

The list of recipients of PROPS awards over the years reads like an industry ‘who’s who’ including Trevor Hemmings, Gerald Ronson CBE, Tony Pidgley CBE, Sir John Beckwith CBE, Sir John Ritblat, Sir William McAlpine, Richard Caring, Michael Slade, Sir Stuart Lipton, Irvine Sellar, Paul White, and David Pearl.

If there’s a company, a team, or an individual you feel deserves special recognition for their outstanding work in the property sector then fill in the form below and nominate them for one of the 2022 PROPS awards.

Since 1992, The PROPS have raised over £10.5m, enabling Variety, the Children’s Charity, to provide 2,100 custom built wheelchairs and other essential items to children and young people throughout the UK.

The deadline for entries is 28 February.
