New Brindleyplace home for claims management and outsourcing firm

A global  provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions has signed for space at Birmingham’s 11 Brindleyplace.

Crawford & Company will take 8,832 sq ft on the first floor of the building.

Jonathan Pulley, regional financial controller, UK & Ireland, said: “Earlier this year, Crawford introduced a smarter working policy designed to meet the changing way we work and central to that is office space that better reflects the future of work. The first office to be shaped for our future of work is in Birmingham and we are excited to be moving to Brindleyplace.

“We plan to use our physical office space for collaboration among employees with break-out areas, hubs for privacy and to have a mix of ‘active’ and ‘focus’ areas, and physical spaces for different workstyles, learning and development and project needs.”

Tobias Evans, founding partner of Blue Noble, investment advisor to the landlord, said: “We are pleased to welcome Crawford to 11 Brindleyplace.  11 Brindleyplace offers occupiers the benefit of high-quality office accommodation in a well-managed campus style environment with strong local amenity.  We are confident that Crawford will thrive in their new office environment.

Richard Williams, director, national offices at Colliers, added: “Over 10,000 people work in Brindleyplace for some of the UK’s leading businesses. It comprises the largest concentration of Grade A office space in the city and I can say from first-hand experience that it’s a fantastic location from which to do business, surrounded by an eclectic range of amenities and within comfortable walking distance of the city’s main transport interchanges. With the latest extension of the Birmingham Metro line set to complete imminently, Brindley is also more accessible than it’s ever been.”
