New images released of upcoming homes in Birmingham’s Port Loop

As it takes forward a third phase of homes at Port Loop in Birmingham, housebuilder House by Urban Splash has released a series of images showing what the completed properties will look like.

The new phase will bring a new house type to Birmingham – Row House are precision engineered homes in the House by Urban Splash factory and will be first arriving on site in late March/early April where they will be craned into place.

New CGIs, including the first external images of the two-storey homes show what customers can expect.

Evangelina Hogan, sales manager for House by Urban Splash, said: “This is a new house type for Port Loop and, with prices starting from £310,000, it represents a more affordable way for people to join our popular island neighbourhood.”

She added: “Since launching the first homes for sale in our third phase in late 2021, we are now 90% sold of the Town House and have released 15 four-bedroom, three-storey Row Houses and 16 two-bedroom, two-storey Row Houses. We’re excited to see the first Row Houses arrive at Port Loop in just a few weeks time and give buyers more choice of homes available. In the meantime, these new CGIs give our customers and potential new homeowners a glimpse of what life in our Row Houses will be like.”
