Fire-hit trade park rises from ashes with two new tenants

Holt Commercial has brokered deals for two major trade suppliers to a newly-built trade counter property in Coventry.

The commercial property specialist has agreed leases with Toolstation and Screwfix at WB8, a new 8,300 sq ft development on Herald Way in the city.

Holt Commercial acted on behalf of the owner/developer that created the new property after the previous building on the site was hit by fire.

Nick Holt, director of Holt Commercial, said: “The owners behind the property are delighted to secure two such high profile tenants with very good covenants, making this an excellent investment.

“It shows that the market for good quality industrial, warehouse and trade counter space is still extremely buoyant.”
