A high specification distribution facility totalling some 93,000 sq ft has been made available for occupation in Burton.
The Grade A property at Centrum Logistics Park has been delivered by UK development giant Goodman.
The newly-built facility fronts the A38 and offers easy access to the A50 and the national motorway network. It includes high-quality office space and boasts an A-rated energy performance certification (EPC).
It will be known as Centrum 93.
Neighbouring occupiers include Boots, Holland and Barrett, Clipper Logistics, DHL and Unipart.
The development builds on Goodman’s long-term investment at Centrum Logistics Park, where the company delivered the largest drive-through distribution centre in Europe for Palletforce.
Nigel Dolan, development director at Goodman, said: “Strategically located distribution and logistics space provides essential infrastructure for businesses seeking to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs and lead times. A sustainable property in a Grade A location means that Centrum 93 provides customers with space to support their own long-term sustainability and growth ambitions.”
