National wealth management firm increases its presence in Birmingham

Succession Wealth has agreed a deal with Topland to expand its presence in Birmingham through new Grade A office space.

The deal sees the wealth management firm, which supports more than 20,000 clients throughout the UK, increase the size of its headquarters at 60 Church Street in the heart of the city centre.

Already based on the seventh floor of the building, Succession Wealth  will now also occupy the eighth floor, taking an additional 4,235 sq ft of space in a collaborative deal facilitated by landlord Topland and real estate advisors Avison Young and Savills.

Totalling 64,000 sq ft, the 11-storey development has recently undergone a refurbishment.
