Real estate firm wraps up sale of Black Country base

Sheffield Insulation Group’s base in the Black Country has been sold to Folkes Properties.

The site, located on Pedmore Road in Dudley, spans 3.9 acres and includes a 44,843 sq ft warehouse along with a smaller warehouse of 5,593 sq ft.

Both warehouses are currently leased to SIG for ten years.

JCAM Property, previously the owner, acquired the site in 2020 and arranged a new lease agreement with SIG, with advice from MK2 Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield

opportunities – meant we were confident in transacting this property, which we managed to do in just two months.”
