Birmingham office block undergoes makeover

A Birmingham office block at 36 Great Charles Street has undergone a makeover.

Estilo Interiors spearheaded the renovation effort, revitalising over 6,000 sq ft of space. The refurbishment covered the ground floor reception area, as well as the sixth and seventh floors of the building.

Commissioned by London-based landlord AR&V Investments, which acquired the site a year prior, Estilo Interiors completed the ten-week project.

Love Finance, a business finance company already located at 36 Great Charles Street, expanded its presence by securing space on the sixth floor.

Three other occupants: sustainability practice SLR Consulting; recruitment firm ASC Connections and Back 2 Work Complete Training, either expanded their existing leases or became new tenants in the block.
