Final unit completed at 850,000 sq ft logistics development

Construction has finished on the last unit at Apollo, a warehouse and logistics development spanning approximately 850,000 sq ft at Ansty Park in Coventry.

Apollo 5, the largest unit in the second phase of development, offers 301,591 sq ft of space. The development also includes Apollo 4, 6, and 7, ranging from approximately 117,000 to 269,000 sq ft.

All units boast environmental, social, and governance (ESG) credentials, achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A ratings. They feature roof-mounted PV arrays and EV charging points as standard.

The first phase of development, totalling over 240,000 sq ft, is fully leased and includes occupiers such as Rolls-Royce, Sainsbury’s, Cadent Gas and Meggitt.
