Date set for opening of new Paradise venue
Birmingham’s steak scene is set to level up with the opening of Cow & Sow in Paradise on Monday, December 2.
As the One Chamberlain Square location gears up to welcome guests, eager diners can now reserve their spot for opening day.
With two additional locations in Bristol, the beef is sourced from farms in the South West and aged for 35 days to guarantee tenderness and rich flavour.
The menu features an array of prime cuts, from single servings to impressive sharing steaks, complemented by sides like their signature crispy onion blossom with black garlic dip.
Leading the new venue will be general manager Jordan Stewart, known for his work at Birmingham’s Hotel Du Vin and other top spots in the city.
He said: “I’m incredibly proud to be heading up this exciting brand in Birmingham – it’s a fantastic opportunity for me. We are in good company here in Paradise with several other great brands as our neighbours.”
Founder Mark Warburton said: “It’s been my dream to expand outside of Bristol and I’ve had Birmingham in my sights for a long time.
“I’m thrilled to be opening in Paradise and can’t wait to showcase what we have to offer to the people of Birmingham. The city has a thriving dining scene but I’m confident that Cow & Sow will prove ourselves to be a cut above.”
