Wealth manager relocates largest office to Paradise
Quilter Cheviot is relocating its largest office to One Centenary Way at Birmingham’s Paradise development.
The wealth management arm of Quilter is moving its 64-strong Birmingham office from Two Snowhill and is now set to occupy 9,000 sq ft on the sixth floor of One Centenary Way.
Quilter Cheviot’s Birmingham office opened in 1994 and is the largest regional Quilter Cheviot team.
The move leaves just two and a half floors before the 280,000 sq ft One Centenary Way is fully let. It is already home to a number of international blue-chip occupiers, including Arup, Goldman Sachs, JLL and Mills & Reeve.
Ross Fittall, commercial development director at Paradise Birmingham developer and asset manager at MEPC said: “Quilter Cheviot is another highly regarded blue-chip occupier choosing One Centenary Way because of the building’s complete package of outstanding design, people-centred amenities, unbeatable location and class-leading sustainability.
“The large, open and flexible floorplates of the building allow companies to provide spacious, creative and high-quality working space for their staff as well as meeting space for their clients. This has been especially valued by the client-centred approach of Quilter Cheviot and will be evidenced throughout its upcoming fit-out.”
Andrew McGlone, Chief Executive of Quilter Cheviot said: “We look forward to welcoming colleagues to our new premises at One Centenary Way which will cater for our growing Birmingham based teams. The office’s location in the heart of the city makes it an excellent new home for Quilter Cheviot and a great space to meet with clients and intermediary partners.”
