IM teams up at new HQ

IM PROPERTIES, the property investment firm owned by West Midlands entrepreneur Lord Edmiston, has relocated across Warwickshire to join colleagues at IM Group.

The 16-strong company, previously based in Warwick, has moved to the firm’s purpose-built IM House in Coleshill which houses the group’s 150 other staff.

IM specialises in speculatively developing out of town parks, such as Birch Coppice near Tamworth, where online grocer Ocado is currently building a new 575,000 sq ft distribution centre.

In July, it secured £150m of new debt funding with a focus on acquiring prime real estate and high quality properties.

Managing director Tim Wooldridge said: “Moving to IM House has not only provided the team with a fantastic open plan working environment but has also enabled us to benefit from the integration of services provided across the group.

“We are a driven and ambitious property company with the cash to invest now in quality property.

“We are also keen to explore new sectors going forward that offer opportunities for capital growth to compliment the strong income returns generated by our commercial portfolio.”
